Launch Apartments offers spacious studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in West Lafayette, Indiana, situated less than a mile from Purdue University. The location is convenient and decent for students, providing an easy commute with a bike. The facility is clean, well-kept, and in great shape, with tons of public spaces and amenities like a fitness center, dog parks, a sundeck, and a chill porch area. These common spaces are clean and welcoming, helping to create a real community atmosphere that feels cozy and is especially great for grad and international students. The staff and management are consistently noted as friendly, helpful, kind, cheerful, and efficient, always willing to assist with the leasing process, renewals, or general questions. Maintenance is A+, super responsive, and fast, often addressing requests the same or next day. While the apartments are generally affordable, some note that utilities can sometimes cost too much and the billing service is unhelpful in explaining the costs. Overall, residents describe it as a satisfying place to live that feels like a community, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
DO NOT rent an apartment here. The apartments are terrible, every corner is decaying and maintenance doesn’t care nor does it respond to calls.

My son has had a terrible experience with this apartment complex. He has no working toilet no working kitchen sink and a broken oven and no WiFi. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I made the terrible mistake of signing a lease with launch despite my friends warning against it, now I'm facing the consequences. They failed to clean my apartement before I was supposed to move-in and now despite multiple requests to get it cleaned they don't seem to care about any maintenance request.
