The only good thing about living here is the location. Horrid management, although the new maintenance guys are awesome-if management remembers to contact them. Looked forward to the day I would move out since the day I moved in.

I am a retired person staying here at Launch Social Living since May of 2016 till now (2025) and like to mention that I am satisfy living in my apartment. Also I am definitely suggest to a friend to live here. The people who manage the place are helpful and friendly.

Had a great experience, the amenities were great and the price was very reasonable for location. The walk to campus if you’re a student is a lot but everything else was good!
