“Oh my goodness. 5 stars does not cover it, but hopefully this review will. Jalen the representative in store was nothing short of amazing. I walked into the store, and there were four other customers he was currently working with. Within not even 30 seconds I was greeted, checked in, and given a place to sit. It is truly amazing to see this man in action, on the phone with corporate, handling multiple customers at once, and making sure to take the time out to be personable with each and every customer. Never in my years have I seen such an amazing individual. The same follows for my interaction, he walked me through everything. I walked out the door happier than I ever have at a phone store. If you have Verizon, you need to come see Jalen at this location! He is killer :) Thank you so very much, Jalen. Verizon is blessed to have you sir.”
