Ate at Happy China. Never been before. The food was really good and very hot. Dining area could use some decluttering as stock was sitting in boxes . Kinda put me off but food was excellent my new fav chinese place.

College housing is bad across the board everywhere, but at the very least here the office staff is polite, friendly, responsive, and can admit when they made a mistake, and that’s refreshing in a pool of rude and unprofessional management companies.

The leasing professional ,Will was very nice and knowledgeable about the move-in, requirements process . The apartment viewing was great with nice kitchen fixtures and beautiful apartment staging.
