Very open with the issues, honest, and provided clear discussion of options, and just an overall great experience. To give you some idea, the mechanic invited me out to the shop floor to show me exactly what he found, showed me the damaged parts, and clearly explained what we needed to do get back on the road. I also felt the price was very fair for the amount of work they did. This is definitely my shop of choice moving forward.”

“I have worked with garages like this before. And seems like it's always a guy that knows his German cars in and out and know their cars like the back of their hand. The thing I've noticed is they are such car guys, their organization in the office is not what you call top notch. But they know everything about each one of their cars and know everything about each one of their cars. If you try walter, make sure to ask questions, ask for options, and I'm sure you will get a good assessment. You may not like the assessment but you picked a German car so the assessments are always going to be high. I use Walter this time for a second opinion, his options aligned with my first garage, and he gave me a better option that was a fraction of the price. I'll definitely be going back for service. Only reason I'm not giving him five stars is purely the visual organization of his garage.”
“I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!”

“I buy my gas here 99%of the time here,, every week.
The only issue I have had more than once, their card reader would not accept my card.
So I go across the road to Speedway and buy my gas there. Never have an issue like that at Speedway. But, I like Shell gas best!My car runs best on Shell gas.”
