“Stacey and Brenda were absolutely amazing throughout the whole tour and leasing process, they made sure we had all of our questions answered accurately and showed exceptional knowledge regarding the amenities and features of the community/apartment, me and my wife are excited to move in!!!”
“Melodie did a wonderful job on our tour, she was very professional and welcoming. When we came back hours later and asked if we could view the property one last time, she made time for us and answered even more of our questions. Her going above and beyond was what pushed my girlfriend and me to apply. We are eager to begin our time with Bella Vista and will continue to update our reviews as time goes on.”
“I am presently moving in with a huge move from California to Old Town on the Monon. Kara has been amazing helping to coordinate everything and Mike has been great fixing all items so it is ready for move in. I love the location, high ceilings, big windows, double patio, big closets! It has a homey feel. Thank you so much. I can send pictures once my furniture arrives 😍”
“I’ve lived at the Woods of Britton for the past three years, and in all my years of renting, this has been by far the most enjoyable experience. The management team truly cares about their residents — it shows in everything they do. Maintenance requests are handled within hours (not days or weeks like I’ve experienced elsewhere in Fishers), and the staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and professional.
What really sets this community apart is the atmosphere. Woods of Britton doesn’t just provide a place to live — it fosters a sense of belonging. From weekly summer food trucks to back-to-school drives and festive holiday events, they go out of their way to create meaningful experiences for residents. It’s been such a joy to call this place home.
As I prepare to move into my first house, I’m genuinely going to miss this community. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-managed, and welcoming place to live, I can’t recommend Woods of Britton highly enough. It’s more than an apartment — it’s a home.”
“Maintenance used to be a nightmare mainly do to lack of coordination however Cliff has fixed issues with my fireplace and bathroom sink that 3 maintenance members tried and failed over 2 years. Requests were managed within days whereas they would've previously taken 2 weeks. Total night and day”
“Great experience with Lions Creek! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made everything easy and created a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!”
“I stayed 9 months here and everything lived up to, or exceeded, my initial expectations. The location is phenomenal. The maintenance staff was awesome. Friendly and prompt in dealing with issues. Their online system for submitting and monitoring a work order is excellent. I was concerned when the front office had a complete turnover because the first group was awesome to deal with. But the new group brought the same level of knowledge and professionalism. Yes there are occasional issues with noise from the street, depending on the location of your apartment. But you know that going in, and closing the windows does a good job of blocking most of it out. Vehicle traffic overnight is very light however. And should you need to terminate your lease early, as I did, there's a reasonable process and the office is very amicable. I received my security deposit back within a couple weeks. The only negative is also a positive. The building is extremely secure. No one is getting in unless they live there, or someone who does, let's them in. USPS, FedEx and UPS have no issues delivering as they usually are the same delivery people, and know how to access the mail room. Amazon and Doordash type deliveries are a different story. You never know who's going to deliver, and many don't take the time to read the signs directed to them. You very regularly see deliveries from them, sitting outside the various secured doors. Thank you to everyone I interreacted with.”
“Great community! They always make sure everything is always taken care of. The maintenance team responds quickly if you need them. Overall a wonderful place to live.”
“Note: I am giving five stars for the resident team.
I specifically want to shout out Nathan, the property manager, who has put so much care and passion into ensuring the Millstone community has the best experience going forward. Like some other residents mentioned in prior reviews, I did have an issue with ants this summer. Nathan exhausted every resource possible to get the problem solved, and it is!
I would like to address recent reviews regarding the new property management change. While the first few weeks started out rocky, it is improving. As an experienced professional in business management, I can say EVERY new transition will have hiccups, some big and some small. However, what really matters is how it is handled in the months following the transition. I truly have seen improvements day by day, so I am hopeful that residents will, too.”

“I’ve lived in RCCC for 3.5 years and am now downsizing to a smaller unit. Management was very helpful with my initial move and have been so with this move as well—making the apartment feel like MY home—not a vanilla box.
Like many if not most apartment complexes, there has been turnover in staffing but senior management remains responsive and new staff are brought up to speed quickly.
I’ve met many wonderful fellow residents and enjoy the location and its amenities.”
“Wonderful staff beautiful clubhouse awesome quiet community in the country small-town the apartments are so cute all are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. They are senior apartments think it's 55 and over. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a new place to live you will definitely love it. I moved i in April and will definitely not be moving again. ?❤”
“Staff member was very friendly and informative. Loved the viewing of the staged apartment. Cost is expensive to reside there and with the extra fees is a bit discouraging. Otherwise, it's a nice and potential place of abode.”
“I can’t say I had any real complaints. The staff here is awesome from top to bottom. If there was one thing I wish was better it would be the kids play area an upgrade there would make things perfect. Outside of that it was good living in this community and knowing this staff. No real concerns with maintenance request and anything for that matter.”

“Ana was very polite , smiling, efficient in answering any questions I had, very patient, and even printed out a floor plan she showed me as well as the rental statement. She answered many different questions and I was very impressed with her friendliness, and how she welcomed us. Ana is very professional even told us when to look for availability for the months we wanted that would be within our price range. Thank you so much Ana for being our guide on our Tour and listening to my reason for choosing your complex. Ana is very personable as well, in the fact that I share that I wanted to be closer set to my father because he isn’t well. That means so very much to me”
“I have been a resident for a few months now. The office staff has worked so hard to make improvements and it shows! The grounds are well kept, pool and workout facilities are clean, and maintenance requests are handled very quickly! I can’t say enough about Lacia. She has been a pleasure to work with!”
“Just needed to leave a quick review after visiting my mom's apartment in Noble Manor today. They have done such an awesome job rehabbing the place! I dont know if all apartments are updated, but she has a large kitchen sink, beautiful floors throughout, cabinets, and especially the shower as it looked to be stone. Its just so well designed and very well done. So glad there is such a beautiful and safe place in Noblesville for our seniors, disabled, or low income residents to call home. ❤️”
“Britany and Dustin are always professional, efficient and detail oriented. I’ve had positive experiences every time I’ve had maintenance issues. I appreciate their hard work.”
“The apartment itself is fine except there are no grab bars in the walk in shower. This is very dangerous and there should be several to hold on to when getting in and out of the shower, as well as having them there while in the shower . Now I am going to have to pay a plumber to come and correct this omission which I should not have to do. Then when I move out somebody else will be able to enjoy this repair.”
“I absolutely love this apartment complex from the gym and the pool and the quaint apartment I rent. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. Also, the maintenance staff whenever needed has came same day and been able to resolve the issue quickly. It really has been a great community. Thank you, Hamilton Square!”
