Based on customer reviews, Benge's Ace Hardware-Spring Mill is a store that is very well organized and clean. Staff are easily available and very helpful, walking customers to the items they are looking for. While some items are locked up, staff are readily available to open anything needed. The manager and other employees have helped customers find specific parts, taking time to identify needed sizes and saving them money. Joe and Jake are very helpful and knowledgeable in paint and hardware. Paint prices are cheaper than West Clay. The store is fully recommended to neighbors.
Store was very well organized, and clean. Staff were easily available and very helpful. Walked me to the item I was looking for. Sadly, some items are locked up, but that seems to be a trend nowadays and staff was readily available to open anything if I needed it.

Joe and Jake were very helpful and knowledgeable both in the paint and hardware! And their paint prices are cheaper than West Clay! I’d fully recommend this store to my neighbors
