They did an excellent job on my bumper repair, which was an insurance job due to the fault of other insured party. They were also very communicative on the process of the repair with daily text updates. I turned in my car on Monday and it was done on Thursday. It was a very easy seamless process. They took care of arrangements for the rental car pickups and drop offs as well. Every person was very nice! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision Westfield.”

The first three pics show the damage and of course in the last one obviously after repairs and you can't even tell it was damaged.(EDIT) I had to take it back 2 more times. But only needed rental for like 6 hours and I went yesterday and they got it all lined up the way I wanted.”

“I needed a part taken off of our 20 year old truck, and I could not get it off. It was broke and I bought the replacement part. I took it to one place and they wanted to charge me $125.00. I said okay and made the appt, but they could not do it until next week.
Then I stopped by another place to see if they could do it. The guy said that they were too busy and they could not spare anyone to take it off for me.
I then went to Caliber Collision. I spoke with a guy and he was so nice. I showed him what I needed taken off. He said that he could do it for me and if I had the new part they could put it on. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said nothing!
I always like to get at least 3 quotes, and I'm glad I did! They ended up cutting the bolts off because it could not be taken off by hand.
Thank you Caliber Collision for helping a girl out! You guys are awesome! I appreciate the great customer service and you removing the part for me right away.
They saved me $125.00 and it only took them about 10 mins to remove the part.”

“From the time I spoke with Kelly on the phone and met Briant has he explained how the repairs were going to be made, I felt very comfortable. I took my vehicle to four other BMW, certified locations, (one was two hours away), but Burnside made me feel the most comfortable, and I was impressed with their facilities. Not over the top, but clean and professional. I would recommend to use Burnside Side. They got the repair done timely. I wasn’t rushing them because I wanted them to do a good job. It turned out great as you can see by the photos.”
