“I visited The Jewelry Lady with my mother and sister for my sister’s birthday. The space is beautiful, bright and inviting. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Joan went above and beyond, spending nearly two full hours with us to help my sister select pieces she loved for her birthday gifts. She didn’t do the uncomfortable press that many jewelry salespeople do where they steer you to the most expensive pieces. Instead, she asked excellent questions to determine my sister’s everyday style, her comfort level with jewelry types and occasions she would be wearing the pieces. She helped my sister try on each piece, made suggestions and listened carefully to the responses so she could make other recommendations. Joan was also very attentive to my mother and to me although we weren’t purchasing any jewelry that day. It was clear that Joan is interested in building organic client relationships, seeing everyone as a person first and then a customer. We were all very pleased with the experience, and would recommend The Jewelry Lady to anyone!”

“My Mother gave me the diamond that my Father gave her at their engagement. I had a necklace stick with a diamond in it that my husband gave me. I took that necklace to the Jewel Box and they duplicated it and placed my Mother's diamond in it. I wear both now. One is on a 16" chain and the other is on an 18" chain. It is the most precious piece of jewelry (next to my wedding ring) that I own. I receive compliments all the time on the necklace.Jewel Box was wonderful and they did an excellent job of duplicating the stick. Plus the pricing was so reasonable and it only took 2 weeks.”

A few hours later I got a text from letting me know that she ordered it for me. I went today to pick it up. “I got this chain in 2022, my fiancé(then boyfriend) wore it everyday. Then suddenly today, the clasp just broke. For 130$ I expect it to last longer than less than 2 years.Edit: I do appreciate the follow-up and willingness to repair the defect. It is what it is though, a defect. I understand that daily use will cause wear and tear, but he doesn’t pull the chain and he doesn’t work a job where it could get snagged. Less than two years of use should not cause the clasp to get so bent out of shape. I will not give a one star review, but I will also not be silenced about a legitimate problem. Again, a 130$ chain should be able to withstand *normal* daily use for at least 5 years without needing to be repaired in my opinion”

They have cases chocked full of beautiful jewelry for sale…something for everyone. They also will buy your jewelry and offer deals if you want to do a trade-in & make a purchase. I recently had some rings re-sized there and returned to have watch batteries replaced. I also purchased a watch band. The store is very conveniently located in a shopping center near downtown Westfield, right on State Rd 32. I highly recommend Jewelry Gallery!!”
