“Can I give more than 5 stars please?Marc created a custom design piece for me in 2012 that exceeded expectations. The design was beautiful, and the craftsmanship excellent. I recently had a complementary piece made by Marc and the original assessed for any wear damage and overall checked and polished. I’m sure there are better technical terms for that work.Marc’s work on the additional piece was perfect. The wax mold was 11 years old but tucked away in his safe, the sourced stones were a perfect match to his original piece and the combined jewelry was more perfect than I imagined in his execution. The quality check, repair and polishing of the piece I wear daily made it look brand new.Marc’s design, craftsmanship and service exceed expectations. AND he’s a quality human with high ethics. 5+ stars.”

“As I pulled up to Purse Strings, there was parking in the front and in the back. There was parking available for people with disabilities. As I entered the store, it was clean, tidy, and had a nice scent. There were many different items available for the perfect gift. I purchased a Mud Pie item.Checkout was fast. “This is the 3rd or 4th time using Metalmark Fine Jewelry and they are always top notch when it comes to service and repairs. I recently left a project with Metalmark that was held by mistake a little longer than expected. When picking up my bracelet I was greeted by the owner who took full responsibility for the delay. Their service recovery in this example went beyond in taking care of me the customer. Everyone makes mistakes, It's how we fix them that sets us apart. “I popped into Silver in the City during the Carmel International Arts Festival this year. My grandmother had expressed to one of the associates here that I was desperately searching for earrings that match my engagement ring. My engagement ring has a dark red ruby center stone, so finding earrings that match for my wedding has been a challenge. The associate (I wish I remembered their name) showed me their entire selection, and worked with me to find my perfect pair. They gushed over how beautiful my ring is and really made me feel like a lucky bride. I appreciate how lovely this experience was. I felt truly cared for by the staff here, and I can't wait to wear my earrings on my wedding day. Thank you!”
“From beginning to end this was a spectacular novel experience! Working with someone that only does custom designed pieces by appointment was initially intimidating until we met with Shaun the first time, then we realized how friendly, warm, and personal it could be. I brought in my wedding ring of 21 years, along with a couple other diamonds I had, without too much of an idea if they could work together in a new piece. He immediately assured me that they would. I love antique cut diamonds, and he was able to find some small accent sized old European cut side stones to keep the aesthetic in line with the three center stones I provided. Over a few appointments, a newly created wedding ring was designed and delivered! It is far and above what I even expected, and my original center stone looks sooo much brighter in the platinum setting. I absolutely love it! My phone pictures can't do it any justice. I don't see myself going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Thank you so much for the experience, and my new beautiful extra sparkly wedding ring.”
