“The staff at Westfield has always been amazing and super supportive of my business! Carson is always there to help with mailing important packages and letters. He is the best!! Tom and Malia are awesome too. They’ve been super kind and helpful with stamps and international shipping. My mom is also an entrepreneur, and we both love going here to ship out mail. The shipping is also much faster compared to other USPS locations. Shoutout to their team for the incredible service, and I always love stopping by.”

“Has that good, old, post office smell. I just dropped stuff off so idk about service here, seems like a busy location so you may have to wait. Love that people are here shipping stuff and supporting the USPS. ❤️❤️❤️”

“I had two ladies assist me today with packing an item that was of an odd shape. They helped cut and create a custom box to ship to Massachusetts. The two ladies were very patient and kind even with a difficult package. I believe one of their names was Katie. Thank you so much! Appreciate you what you folks do at the post office.”

“Jess is amazing! The last time I was there, a lady specifically wanted to wait for Jess to help her. I see why. So nice, calm and helpful. I know that when she helps me, it’s going to be a friendly, quick and easy experience. Thanks Jess for all you do.”

“The employees were very kind and every time I've been the line is short. The area to fill boxes and grab usps envelopes and boxes is large and has lots of spaces to work. It's perfect if you're shipping priority or flat rate packages.”

“On my way home I stopped by the 86th St. Post Office to pick up an empty priority express mail envelope or box for a present. These are free.'Wasn't sure what I size I needed but they carried the full selection of both in an organixed display. I had my present, and figured out the best mailer. I hadn't written out the card but IF I had everything together I could have weighed, sized, chosen class, insurance, if I wanted a signature from the reciepient, etc. and printed out a postage label (with a credit card, of course), stuck it on the priority bag and deposited it in large, secure hopper next to the self-service machine. I went home and found a card and put it in the bag that I had already stuffed the present in. I brought my ready-to- mail express bag to my usual Bacon St. P.O. and their machine was out of order. There was a partial, disorganized selection of express and priority express boxes and bags there - which I have found to be typical for that particular post office. Makes sense since there is typically a long line of customers and two clerks there, so might as well add a half-stocked supply ofailers and a broken machine to the mix. But anyway, with the Bacon ( Actually on 55th St. just west of Keystone) P.O. machine broken, I drove the 13 minutes back up to the 86th St. /Nora station and completed my business. No waiting, no need to deal with a cashier. That was convenient since this all occurred well after hours. So, for my needs, the Nora Station had it all. Thank you.”
