“Found an amazing deal on a car at this Dealership! I was almost about to buy the car, but I live in Franklin Tennessee so the distance was gonna be too difficult for me. I ended up not buying the car, but the people at the dealership were so incredibly helpful and kind. “Rachid was a pleasure to work with. We first stopped in at the Hyundai dealership and weren’t too impressed. When stopping in at Kia we were interested in looking at a Carnival but didn’t want to deal with the sales person like at Hyundai. Rachid does not come off like a sales person. I entered all info online for my Yukon I was looking to sell, received a very good offer, and set an appointment with local Carmax location. Process when I arrived for my appointment was really easy and took about 45 minutes total. No hassles, appraisal in person matched the online offer, and I received the check on the spot. Everything went exactly as they said it would. Rare to get that with just about anything anymore. Definitely recommend Carmax as an option if you’re looking to sell you car.”

“These guys were incredible! I was an Out-of-State Buyer from Illinois looking for a 2013 Scion FRS. Not only did the Dealership communicate extremely well over the phone and super honest about ANY blemishes etc. On the car. (Sent my a plethora of videos and pictures) They waiting around at the shop until I could pick up the car at 10pm at night, well after the dealership was closed just so I could drive the car the same day.
The dealership was super helpful and had tons of options for payment which made the process go really smoothly. They also called me back 4 days after the purchase to say they were going to bring me a cosmetic piece that they ordered for the car all the way to Chicago... to my house... something they absolutely did not need to do but did because of their overwhelming commitment to their customers.
Ive never had a Dealership experience like that, I hope they see this and Thank You!

“Best car lot I have ever purchased a vehicle from! Small lot, but have exactly what I was looking for! Sam treated me just as I would want my mother to be treated if she was looking for a car. He sent me pictures of the vehicle including the underside so that I could see if there was any issues or rust on the vehicle. I drove an hour and a half to get to this car lot. Sam works with me on getting exactly what I needed in the vehicle. If I could get more stars than five I would! Definitely the next place I'll be looking for my next vehicle!”
“I bought a Honda for my son from Bello. After looking for weeks, I found the perfect car within my budget. I wish I would have gone to them first.I had been to nothing but larger dealerships because I was a bit leery of getting taken. The larger dealerships come with a larger price, more overhead. So then I visited some of the smaller dealerships in the area and their cars were junk. After leaving some of them, I felt like I should take a shower and go to confession. Smarmy folks.I found what looked to be a pretty good deal on a Honda Civic on Bello's website and somewhat skeptically went to look at it. They are tucked behind another building off 10th street and there's no frills. Just several reasonably priced cars in their parking lot. I went in the office and said I'd like to drive the car. He said sure no problem. Took a copy of my driver's license, handed me a plate and the keys and said let him know if you have any questions. Zero pressure, zero sales, just a genuine guy.After a pretty extensive test drive we decided to buy it. There were no sleezeball negotiation tactics. I just simply asked if that was his best price. He looked up some things on the computer and gave me what I perceived to be a thought out, honest answer. The reality is the price as listed was nearly almost too good to be true. I shook his hand and said "deal".He invited me to sit down to do the paperwork. I was out of there in 10 minutes. No warranty upsell bologna, no hidden fees (he did charge a nominal doc/title fee, but told me that when he told me the price of the car/deal). Just a good deal on a good car with a straight forward,no pressure, honest guy. Pretty hard to find in that business.When the title came about a week later, he sent me a text message that I could come pick it up or he could mail. Very easy and personalized service.As I said at the outset, I wish Bello would have been my first stop. I would have saved weeks of frustration and coming up empty looking for a decent car on a budget. It's been about 2 months and we don't have any issues with the car and my son has been customizing it and making it his own. He loves it.My highest recommendation.”
“Ly is a very professional salesman. He doesn’t want his business to reflect poorly, therefore he makes sure he is upfront about everything with the vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius from him and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He made sure to give me all the forms and even had the documents of my car’s inspection. He had replaced the battery and the windshield wipers. He even offered to help me down the road if I needed help with maintenance. I did however have an issue with transferring the title but he communicated extremely well and he got it fixed as fast as he could.”
“Al is a great dealer salesman guy. he got me approved with my bad credit and only a small amount down for a 2011 nissan murano. it was about 45 minutes or so and i was out and had my car. unfortunately within a couple hours of the sale my check engine light came on and i immediately texted him and he got back to me right away. very responsive and wanting to help a 20 year old with her first car. he was willing to help me get the maf sensor looked at since that was the code that came on with my engine light.”
