Our sweet Frankie always looked adorable after his appointments, but what we loved most was how excited he was to go. He could hardly wait to see his Mallory. She groomed him every time, treating him with such tenderness and joy. You could tell she loved him, and he adored her just as much. When we lost Frankie, the Ruff-n-Roll team sent a beautiful handwritten card filled with personal messages about how much they loved him and how special he was to them. It was a truly touching final act of love, something our family will never forget. We are forever grateful for Mallory and the entire Ruff-n-Roll family. They made Frankie feel safe, happy, and loved. If you’re looking for a groomer who truly cares, this is the place.

Price is below average vs other popular competitors we’ve tried, but their service is a step above and has been enough to bring us back by itself. The cuts are always great and I’ve really appreciated them taking extra care to call me asking for permission to adjust the plan so my Cavapoo is comfortable during the groom if there are tight mats or tangles. 3 appointments so far and all have been 5 stars!

My cat, Dimsum, became very ill very suddenly, and I had to bring her in right away. From the moment I walked through the door, every single person greeted me with kindness and genuine concern. Dimsum’s condition was initially unknown, and after multiple tests, Dr. Cable recommended that she stay over the weekend so they could rehydrate her and monitor whether she would eat.
The level of communication I received—especially directly from Dr. Cable—was truly mind-blowing. I have never felt so comfortable or confident with a veterinarian before. I knew without a doubt that Dimsum was receiving the best possible care.
Thanks to medication, patience, and lots of tuna and broth, little Dimsum began taking steps toward healing. When Dr. Cable asked me to bring her back in for a follow-up, every staff member who knew her came by to say hello and shower her with love. That meant so much to me.
This is truly an exceptional vet office filled with compassionate, dedicated people. I am beyond grateful for the care Dimsum received and would recommend Dr. Cable and her team to anyone without hesitation!

They’ve been awesome at providing the best care from the very beginning! From her regular, annual visits to sick visits in between, they’ve been very professional and attentive at making sure she’s safe and healthy. Staff are very welcoming and communicative. We’ve seen most of the vets there but established the most consistent care with Dr. Collins. We love her and so appreciate her patience, understanding, and hard work. She truly takes the time in assessing her patients, providing the most appropriate intervention, and giving education to owners. We are so sad we cannot continue with them due to us moving out of state but would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you guys for everything!

The appt was right before closing, but all the staff were very polite and compassionate. They found a blockage in his urinary tract which they treated and relieved. I'm impressed with the knowledge and compassion of the Doctors and Nurses who treated Jax. 7712 Crosspoint Commons, FishersWe don’t have enough words to describe how AMAZING Dr. Cross and his team in neurology have been over the past year. For two years, while we were living in California, our German Shepherd, Ruby, was misdiagnosed by several doctors with what we were told were inflammation and old age issues. Things got so bad that she could barely walk on some days. She was 7 years old at the time, and we were sure the end was near. She had gone from being an active and rambunctious girl to just lying on the floor. Every morning, she would cry at the top of her lungs when she had to get up off the floor, as well as throughout the day any time she had to get up.
From the start, Dr. Cross knew exactly what was going on. He ordered tests, CT scans, and bloodwork, and within five hours that same day, we knew what was wrong with her—which had nothing to do with her age or inflammation. Nowadays, while she is still on a minimal amount of medication, Ruby runs up and down stairs, plays around, and chases her ball like she is still a puppy. She will be turning 9 years old next month, but she is as active as she was as a young pup.
Thank you so much, Dr. Cross, Amanda, and Whitney, for your patience, for answering our emails, for following up with every prescription refill, and for treating our girl with the dignity she deserves. We are eternally grateful to you for giving us our Ruby back.
The front desk staff is wonderful as well! Amazing they are always smiling even when the waiting room is packed with inpatient dogs and their owners.
Overall VCA Fishers has been AMAZING. Worth the 45 minutes drive in each direction.

There appeared to be some old growth trees, so it even felt a little like a walk in the woods. Perfect destination for dogs who like to go for short car rides that are all about them.

7055 E 106th St, FishersCamp Cheeney Creek is truly one of a kind. I began boarding my previous dog, Hooch, here years ago. He was a rescue with behavioral challenges, and the team always treated him with incredible patience, love, and respect.
Near the end of his life, their compassion went far beyond anything I could have imagined. When Hooch experienced a sudden, severe nosebleed caused by a massive nasal tumor, Nick (the co-owner) personally took him to the emergency vet and stayed with him until a friend was able to arrive and relieve him. That level of care and commitment is rare and speaks volumes about who they are. Nick truly treats every dog like his own, and the entire staff makes you feel completely at ease leaving your dog in their care.
We’ve since moved 30 minutes north of Fishers, and even with a boarding facility just three minutes from our home, we will continue to stay loyal to Camp Cheeney Creek with our new pups. Their compassion, trust, and genuine love for animals are unmatched.
