“Maroon financial has always been helpful but recently they really went above and beyond. I was traveling outside the country and used my debit at a bank ATM. Prior to leaving I gave the credit union the dates. Unfortunately my card was compromised & I didn’t not receive the funds. After contacting Maroon and talking with Rebecca, who not only straightened out the situation but helped calm me down and stayed on the line while I attempted a withdrawal ATM at a different location. I cannot thank her enough! Afterwards I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my vacation.”

“To start off, if you are using regional in Hammond for auto financing you are already ahead of the game and you obviously know what you want more than the average person. You know you’re going to get the best possible rate, but with my recent experience with Kenneth Eskridge I got the rest of the experience that I didn’t know I needed. I called for auto financing for the 4th vehicle I have financed through regional in Hammond. It has always been a good experience but this time I got Kenneth as my Loan specialist. I strait up told the guy that I need a check ASAP and gave him the bill of sale for the new vehicle (Over the phone calls and emails by the way). To say he heard my needs and made me a priority is an understatement. He jumped right on giving me the numbers and options, pushed the loan through underwriting quickly due to my time restraints and got me a check for my new vehicle within less than 2 business days. This is not typical for most banks. From the time it took to get called back when I had questions, the email response time and the way I felt like I was a priority member, I had a great car buying experience with what is definitely the best rate I could have gotten anywhere (as it has been for all my auto loans through regional). I am no sales person but if you want a great financing experience I highly suggest calling and asking for Kenneth Eskridge at the Hammond branch. You don’t get that type of customer service and care much of anywhere and man was it refreshing. I hate for this to sound like a sales pitch but shoot, I figured I’m not the only one who appreciates being well taken care of.”

“True Customer Service! I spoke with Mirena and Karina during my transactions. We had a couple of glitches during the upgrade as expected with any major system upgrade. Karina from corporate worked closely with me and helped me through my situation. I was unable to make a payment online with the new upgrade because it removed all of my external banking info. I appreciate the high level of customer service they gave me.”

“I am very disappointed with this credit union. I've been with United Credit Union since 1999. Since it's now Vicinity Credit Union, I've had nothing but problems!! For the past 6 months my money has been disappearing. Every month I have a negative balance! This month my balance is negative 475. Where's my money going????? By the time I get my retire check I won't have any money at all !!! I will be contacting the BBB, because something is definitely wrong!!!! I've never had this problem while with United Credit Union!!! The fees you charge are terrible, if you're $1. short they charge you $35. I am 70 years old and I can't afford my check that I get once a month to be literally stolen from me. I am requesting that the CEO contact me ASAP!!”
