“Our gas fireplace quit working during this recent cold spell. A neighbor suggested we call Godby Home and Hearth on Rangeline Road in Carmel. We contacted them and their service tech, Nico, fixed the problem in a timely manner. He then explained their service plans, which fit well on our budget. We called the office and spoke to Cathy, who got us all setup. Both employees are a huge asset to Godby. The experience was extremely quick and easy.”
“This is a great store in Westfield and hats off to team Henry Ashley Dave Will and Jacob! Great customer service team and some of the best Carhartt apparel for the past several years!”
“Lowe’s is my happy place. Friendly, professional staff, and they are always willing to help! Richard helped trim the blinds I purchased for my home and we had a great chat. I always look forward to running into him there! Great guy, always very helpful! I’ll be back (2-4 times a week probably because the projects are endless!)”
“Great selection, fair prices and helpful staff. Found everything I needed, and checkout was quick and easy. Always a reliable stop for home improvement projects……”
“Lowe’s Home Improvement offers a great selection of products for home projects, repairs, and renovations. The store is usually well-organized, and I was able to find most of what I needed at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that checkout and customer service can sometimes be a bit slow. Overall, it's a reliable place for home improvement needs.”
“On March 3, 2026, I had to purchase a washer. I went to a couple stores before I came to Home Depot in West Carmel, IN. When I walked in I was acknowledged by a woman named Tamara. I told her I was looking for a washer she told me where to go. I went to the dept and there was an elder guy helping another customer but he didn't speak or anything. Tamara came back around, asked if I had been helped and I told her no. She stopped what she was doing and got my quote for me. You don't get that often nowadays. I appreciate you Tamara please stay polite.”
“Is a handyman and remodeling company Lowes is our go to. Specifically Courtney at the Pro Desk. Courtney always goes above beyond, to make sure we have everything we need to do our jobs from start to finish, while ensuring we get the highest quality materials at the best price possible.”
“The Menards in Greenwood has much better service than all the others, and better than Lowe’s and Home Depot. The other stores stock everything inside and expect you to carry your order out yourself even when I ask for a lift driver they always act rude and dont want to reply. Menards has a huge drive through yard and an army of fork lifts. The employees will load for you.”
“I had a fabulous customer experience at this store this afternoon! I was looking for a specific outdoor rug, and while the system said there was one in stock, two store associates searched extensively and were unable to find it. It was not available for online ordering, so one of the men called another store to confirm they had one, and had them hold it for me. This level of attention and customer service will keep me shopping at Lowes.”

“Nylan was working outside and seen me struggling to gather my mulch and jumped in to help! He even push my cart to the front and all the way out to my car! It is a scorcher out today so I am very thankful for his help.”
