“I discovered this store about 2 years ago and keep coming back for their dried beef lung bits. My black lab Zoey love those as treats and as topper for her wet food for its crunch. The staff is really good, knowledgeable and super friendly.”
“Ayat was amazing with our older pup. He is a rescue who has gone to the same groomer for 8 years. They retired. To say I was nervous to try a new groomer was an understatement. From the moment we entered to when we picked him up - everyone was courteous and kind. And Ayat did a wonderful job.”

Betsy is a gem and was SO helpful with my recent tall boot selection and sizing (no easy feat!). Love this place - always happy to visit!”
“My sweet girl is turning seven this friday. We purchased a birthday cake for only thirty bucks and let me tell you, it was so worth it. This place is heaven on earth to her. The staff is always so sweet, kind and energetic towards me and my baby. They never fail to pass out free treats! We try and go to a new location every couple of weeks. “I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!”

-it has pet wash and weekend pop up Vet.
My 2 fur babies have their regular Vet, but when out here working sometimes I cant get back home or I need their weight to keep accuracy of their simparico trio monthly treatment.
This is great location with big field.
Police patrol regular so dont overstay parking near TS.”
“My dog does not do well around other dogs he gets super excited and sometimes he scares people because of his breed (unfortunately….. Lucki wouldn’t hurt anyone) so it was about an hour before closing time so I called to make sure we could still wash him if we were there by 8:30. A young lady answers the phone & tells me that’s fine so we get there and my son goes in and checks to see if there is any dogs in the store or the wash station & it’s clear . We get into the store and head right over to the wash and hook him up. They have everything you could need & it’s not very expensive we love it and the convenience is top notch. The staff was friendly & we will be back. Also got him a huge a bag of food on clearance and it’s great quality.”
“I heard about BYB thru an acquaintance, so I went there to check it out...VERY nice, kinda rustic store with lots of birdie(and critterl goodies too. The owner and the employee I met are nice senior guys. The prices were actually lower for the 2 products I purchased; peanuts in she'll and critter food(corn, seeds and peanuts in shell). I will definitely be going back. 👍👍”
“I bring my dogs for their annual vaccines. The staff is always very friendly. The vet comes out and talks to you and shares some general information about your dog and steps you can take. They even have recommendations for anxious pooches.”
“The staff and facility were great! We normally take our pups with us or have family watch them but that wasn’t an option this time. They helped us out with a last minute schedule, took excellent care of our dogs, and were fairly priced. We will definitely use them again!”

“I’ve been going to Cloud Nine for about 4 years now. I moved to Whitestown and my dogs got such a horrible haircut, Beth had to fix it. I moved downtown and am still driving my dogs to her. My one dog suffers from anxiety but is always happy to return to Cloud Nine. Rocky and Louis give 5 Stars too!!”

“Convenient very close to where I live in Whitestown. I usually go to Hollywood feed in Nora been going there for as long as they have been open. I was quite disappointed that they don’t use paper bags. They use plastic bags, which don’t work quite as good especially when you’re buying a lot of product. I buy the pup above and I was disappointed that they didn’t have but one flavor and that was beef stew. Also, they were a dollar higher than Hollywood feed in Nora. Store was nice and big. They had a lot of variety of things. Staff was very professional and knew about their products that they were selling, but I truly believe they’re gonna have a hard time competing with Hollywood feed”

“This is the best Petco by far in the Indy area! I am a 70 year old disabled woman with a bunch of rescues, one of which is a whopping 103lbs. The staff (Caleb, Jeanna and their manager Mindy) went out of their way to help me get my lab/gsd mix in and out of his grooming appointment, helped me get a better collar to prevent him from dragging me as he was, put on the collar and walked him to my van for me. And the grooming staff was spectacular (Danny and Talia)! My two dogs got the best haircuts and grooming services ever!! They have such a helpful and attentive staff in every way possible at this Petco. I will only go to this Petco at 10025 N. Michigan Rd. in Carmel from now on!!!”
