“Cannot recommend Platinum Paws enough! We began going to Markie last year and I’m so glad we made the switch after taking our doodle to the same groomer for 6 years. Switching groomers was nerve racking, but the staff is awesome, great communication, and Markie does an amazing job!! They even helped our pup with his skin allergies. We are always impressed with how Hoosier looks after his spa day ♥️?”
“Met Heavenly and Bree today, and they were outstanding. Bree was the manager on duty that had to help me but they were both superbly kind to me and my pup. Just over 3 months ago I bought a very heavy duty very long retractable lead for my dog because we hike everyday. It broke yesterday while on a hike, and I cannot afford my coonhound mix to get loose. He will take off and Chase anything and everything. The other lead was pretty pricey and I didn't have the receipt but since I was a member of their club she was able to look up and help me. I was so extremely relieved, and I ended up buying a higher end model. I previously purchased the pet supplies Plus brand but switched to a flexi. Again, I was extremely grateful because we were getting ready to head out and I desperately needed a lead for him and I really didn't want to have to buy a new one. I did pay for the difference for the upgrade. I had no problem with that. But again, I cannot think the ladies enough for their kindness and for the absolutely phenomenal custom service I received. I stopped shopping at a pet store down the road a few months back due to poor customer service. So pet supplies Plus definitely has my business and they're going to keep it. Thank you so much again. “I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!”
“Since adopting my first dog at 18, I’ve been coming to this bakery. Every year, I get my dog’s their birthday treats here! They’re always so friendly and very helpful. They always make the treats and snacks SO CUTE and the lettering is always very neat and legible. The treat “themes” change for holidays, relevancy, or what have you. I only have my one old girl now, but her birthday is in October. The treats are always Halloween and I LOVE it. I’ll never stop shopping here. ?”

My 2 fur babies have their regular Vet, but when out here working sometimes I cant get back home or I need their weight to keep accuracy of their simparico trio monthly treatment.
This is great location with big field.
Police patrol regular so dont overstay parking near TS.”

“I love this store so much. The man who helped me was really nice and showed me a lot of really cool bird feeders and explained the differences. He also helped my husband and I find the perfect bird seed. We are now seeing birds we never saw before because we had the wrong seed. It's really enjoyable to watch them”
“My dog does not do well around other dogs he gets super excited and sometimes he scares people because of his breed (unfortunately….. Lucki wouldn’t hurt anyone) so it was about an hour before closing time so I called to make sure we could still wash him if we were there by 8:30. A young lady answers the phone & tells me that’s fine so we get there and my son goes in and checks to see if there is any dogs in the store or the wash station & it’s clear . We get into the store and head right over to the wash and hook him up. They have everything you could need & it’s not very expensive we love it and the convenience is top notch. The staff was friendly & we will be back. Also got him a huge a bag of food on clearance and it’s great quality.”

“Absolutely the best , caring people and wonderful establishment. They performed a very expensive dental extraction for my little young cat who has stomatitis, an excruciating dental disease that cause inflammation and mouth ulcers. They did the procedure for nothing but from the kindness of their hearts and donations. She could barely eat watered down, wet food. After the surgery she has felt 100 % better and I’ve seen tremendous improvement. I donated as much as I could for their much appreciated, professional, medical services and I wish I could’ve donated so much more for the other suffering little ones out there who desperately need medical care. If you’re reading this, please kindly consider donating to Indy Humane. They walk the walk. All animals deserve access to proper medical care.

“I’ve been going to Cloud Nine for about 4 years now. I moved to Whitestown and my dogs got such a horrible haircut, Beth had to fix it. I moved downtown and am still driving my dogs to her. My one dog suffers from anxiety but is always happy to return to Cloud Nine. Rocky and Louis give 5 Stars too!!”

“This is the best Petco by far in the Indy area! I am a 70 year old disabled woman with a bunch of rescues, one of which is a whopping 103lbs. The staff (Caleb, Jeanna and their manager Mindy) went out of their way to help me get my lab/gsd mix in and out of his grooming appointment, helped me get a better collar to prevent him from dragging me as he was, put on the collar and walked him to my van for me. And the grooming staff was spectacular (Danny and Talia)! My two dogs got the best haircuts and grooming services ever!! They have such a helpful and attentive staff in every way possible at this Petco. I will only go to this Petco at 10025 N. Michigan Rd. in Carmel from now on!!!”
