“Some people dread the post office, but I Have been there two times now and have received excellent help!! Both times I was greeted by smiling faces that wanted to make sure I got everything I needed done!! I was shipping packages both times and I just could not be more happy with how helpful and nice the team was. Where I used to dread having to ship stuff, I now look forward to it because they just make it so easy!”

“This is an update to my last review, which I wrote eight years ago when I first moved to the Carmel area. (Has it been that long? Geez, Louise.) This post office is great! In fact, it's one of the best post offices in the area. I don't know if it's because this post office has improved in the last eight years, or because my standards have lowered after interacting with multiple post offices around Indy. Either way! This Carmel post office is the tops. I've had my passport photo taken here (and it came out great). I've mailed multiple packages and bought many stamps. I've sent letters to international address and domestic addresses, and through it all, I can count on this Carmel post office to be fast, efficient, clean and filed with positive people behind the counter. This is my go-to post office from now on.”

“Want to publicly thank Rico for going the extra mile in getting my package to me!! He took the time to track down my package that was accidentally delivered to the wrong address and drove to retrieve it and personally deliver it to me.”

“I called the Westfield USPS office in a desperate attempt to retrieve a package that had been mistakenly picked up from our mailbox (at no fault of the letter carrier). Shane was very helpful and friendly, and was able to find the package & call me back within minutes. When I went into the post office to pick it up, Carson was also so friendly and knew exactly what it was I needed. Thanks to both for your kindness and helpfulness!”

“Carmen gives the best customer service every time I drop off any packages or ask questions. It makes a huge difference and is appreciated. We need more people like her!”

“The workers here are all so sweet and kind. I always enjoy my brief conversations with them throughout the week. Also, although mail takes longer to arrive to the satellite office, it’s worth it because it’s a small office and feels very homey.”

“It’s definitely one of the busiest post offices I’ve been too. There’s usually 2-3 people at the front desk & 3 self-serve kiosks so the line moves more quickly than anticipated. Great customer service.”

“I don’t share the same experience as a lot of these reviews. Super professional and friendly every time I’ve needed anything. One of the guys working here (don’t recall his name) went so far as to apologize for getting our dogs riled up and potentially waking our newborn, it wasn’t his fault. Felt like he was going out of his way to get to know the people he works with and I appreciate that kind of customer service.”

“This office was very helpful and quick, I just moved from Florida, and this was the wrong office I needed to check my address change. Everyone was very helpful, The Manger especially he went above and beyond to help me. the old lady and the other Latin looking girl tried to help, but they sent me to the manger. He looks overwhelm working with lazy staff. He had a helpful and welcoming demeanor. This office had better energy then the one in Speedway.”

“It's great for me to live in this particular area where Bacon Street Post Office takes care of my mail. If I go inside, the staff are courteous and attentative to each customer's needs. The mail carriers are at the top of their game. I still miss James sometimes; but Max has stepped up to the plate! I know this isn't his only route; but he makes sure that we get our mail each and every day rain or shine. Lately, we've had an awfully lot of rain...but here comes Max! What a tremendous asset he is to his profession”
