“I needed 100 funeral programs for a mass for my recently deceased sister. I went to Alpha graphics and was completely satisfied with the finished product. Angelina was the artist who worked on this order and I was fortunate to meet her when I picked up the programs, which was two days after I had entered my order. (I had gone to Staples to see if I could be helped there and the cost was $40 more than what AlphaGraphics charged me, which was both surprising and pleasing to me.). I highly recommend this company.”

“Fineline recently helped my club with a commemorative banner project for local veterans, active duty, and emergency responders. This was our first time putting together such a project and they helped every step of the way. Nyle in particular was really helpful with all our questions. We had a really tight deadline and they went above and beyond to help us meet it. I can't say enough about their service. Oh, and the pricing was the best we found! Even the big box printers online couldn't beat it and certainly would not have been as helpful. All our proceeds go towards local scholarships, so this meant a lot to us. Getting to use a company close to us was the cherry on top. And the prints turned out beautifully! I don't think higher quality would even be possible. We will be using them every year!”
“The kiosk scanner wouldn't scan my labeled package. The nice guy at the counter saw my struggle and dropped what he was doing to get me out the door faster. Some days I have to go to UPS, USPS and Fed Ex so it's nice to have my errands expedited. Nice Fed Ex employee.”

Alexis was incredibly understanding, professional, and genuinely interested in making things right. She listened to my concerns, took ownership of the situation, and handled everything in a way that completely changed my experience.

“Our UPS driver failed to show up for our normal business pick-up so I had to bring 18 boxes to the UPS store for shipping. I backed in at the Nora (Indianapolis) branch and let the team (Jeff & Parker) know that I'd be bringing in a large number of boxes. Before I knew it they were out at my vehicle assisting me bringing in the boxes. This is by far amazing, exemplary customer service and I thank both gentlemen for helping me is such a way.”
“My experience with the store overall was good. The customer service was quick, attentive, and processed my Amazon returns efficiently.
However, while I was standing at the cashier waiting to scan my QR code, I heard the store’s music playing quite loudly and clearly. Unfortunately, the song included the explicit lyrics, “I’ll f*** you right, I will,” and it was not censored.
I understand that music is part of the store environment, but if I had been shopping with my two young children, I would have been very frustrated and uncomfortable with them hearing those lyrics.
Please be more mindful of the music and lyrics being played in the store, especially in a family-friendly environment. Thank you.”
