“I’m unsure what you grumpy people in the reviews are experiencing. I could not be more pleased with my UPS experience. I dropped off two VERY LARGE items for return with the shipping labels pre printed and one item needed a box. The nice man simply grabbed my item, measured it, and charged me 36$ for everything. I will continue doing business with this wonderful, helpful, successful location. Great job to these employees. I wish I got the name of the very helpful man that I worked with.”

“I had called before b/c I wanted to verify that they're able to print my return label - no answer. I walked in, wasn't greeted, so I walked over to the gentleman getting a shipment ready and asked him if I provide a box, would they be willing to tape it and if they're able to print a label. He said yes, as long as it's not a lot of tape and that printing is $2.25. I was in and out within 5 minutes but for a piece of paper, it's $2.25, the ink is $.19. I'm just shocked. Of course I paid, I want to return the item but what a robbery. $2.45 in total (tax .1) for a return label...I knew I should have run to the library but it's farther!”

“The store needs to update their hours to reflect when they are open. The hours posted on Google reflect what they have in their window. However the store generally opens at least 1 hour later and closes at least 1 hour before posted times.”
