This place does not answer their phone or call back after leaving messages. I have a brand new car with issues and trying to get a hold of anyone is like pulling teeth. Extremely frustrated with this service center and this is the only factor that would make me think twice about coming to Pearson.

Good service, no real wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Have been coming here for a number of years with different vehicles and have never had an issue.
