“I bought a washer from them about 8 yrs ago & was happy with the staff and no problems with the washer since then. Last week my refrig went out on me. After i had it checked, i was told it cost to much to repair. I went to another place but it would be about 5 days to deliver. I decided to go local and went to Adel Appliances and found one. It had a dent in it and they gave me a lower price and they delivered it about 15 minutes after i got home. They took out my broken one for $15. The price of the fridge includes delivery! They had to take off the doors of my home & helped me move things in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the service & will go back again! Thank you”

“Always excellent customer service! We have been a customer of Culligan of Adel for the last ten years (R/O drinking water unit and water softener), and they have been great to work with. All filters are changed on a regular schedule and couple times when the system required attention, their tech came very quickly and fixed it! Great service!”
