The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They are willing to go out of their way to help customers and explain different types of food and proteins in an easy to understand way. High quality healthy options for pets and they will order specific food if they do not carry it for you. Prices are comparable to other pet supply and big box stores, however the superior customer service makes them superior to all other places. Employees are sweet. They can talk about diet, supplements, toys and other specialty items. The experience is always positive and highly recommended.

    We have been going here for almost 3 years. Our dog was having allergy issues, the team helped us find a wholesome dog food that has helped out whole 3 dog troop. They also have been supportive as we startup our dog boarding and daycare location in Bondurant. We always enjoy swinging by and saying hi as we pickup more supplies.

    I have had the best help at Bone A Patreat in Altoona, Iowa . I was having a terrible time finding a harness for my 7.5 month old Cavapoo and they fitted her perfectly! Great personnel work there!
