“We bought one of their cat towers. They are built way more sturdy than all the others you see at the name brand pet stores. Our cats had worn out their previous one which had become extremely wobbly. Knowing this one will last a lot longer made it worth the price.”

“I love ❤️ all these stores! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. We bought pinkies for my sons Corn Snake and he accidentally left them in the car all night. We couldn’t feed them to the snake so I went back for more (my 12 year old son was going to have to pay this time). At the last minute I grabbed the pinkies off the floor of the car and told the cashier what happened. She said they’d exchange them no problem!!”

“Ellen is wonderful with our Male Standard Poodle Julius Caesar. He has Grooming trauma from when he was a puppy and absolutely hates being groomed but Ellen takes her time with him.
