The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They are willing to go out of their way to help customers and explain different types of food and proteins in an easy to understand way. High quality healthy options for pets and they will order specific food if they do not carry it for you. Prices are comparable to other pet supply and big box stores, however the superior customer service makes them superior to all other places. Employees are sweet. They can talk about diet, supplements, toys and other specialty items. The experience is always positive and highly recommended.

I cannot tell you how much I love this place. The staff, their knowledge, their compassion... beats all I've ever seen. I can talk to them about diet, supplements, toys, etc. Their kowledge is superior to any other place I've ever been in the 11 years I've had with my best friend.

High quality healthy options for your pet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they do not carry your specific food they will order it for you. I prefer brick and mortar stores over online.
