“This establishment is conveniently located on my commute to work. The manager, Jordan, is consistently affable and humorous. During my initial two years of employment in the area, I frequented this establishment on a near-daily basis. While my visits have become less frequent, it remains a pleasure to engage in conversation with Jordan and the other staff members.”
“I work til 10 pm and go here afterwards to get my cigarettes when I get paid. I stopped for a while because of the young black woman that was working there. She wore her pants half off her butt and acted like she couldn't care less to be there. I went back last night and was so happy to see the other woman back there. She has an awesome customer service personality! Please keep her!”
“Always friendly staff whenever I stop here. Store is always clean, have a good selection of food. This location is also trucker friendly. Fuel island and parking lot for Semi's. This location is close to an Amazon warehouse. If you need a copy of something, you can get it here.”
“The food made fresh daily here is top notch! From Fresh sandwiches, salads, cooked chicken and Alfredo dinner( DELICIOUS). The burgers and Quesadillas are better than a lot of restaurants I've been to. Give it a shot, you'll end up full and happy.”

“I usually like this store , but one night right before they closed at the time was midnight my car battery died. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and had no cables. I told him I would be back first thing in the morning to jump it. He said get it out of here I said PKEASE Don’t ave it towed I’ll be here first thing in the morning, which I was but NO he had it towed. Cost me $400 to g&s to tow it less than two miles. So I’m a little salty about that. It was just mean. And it’s a 2012 beetle so it wasn’t like it was a junk car . Disappointed ?”

“I just stopped in here today and even though it was super busy they got me right in and out what really caught my eye was the fact that an older lady was in here using a cane and one of the gals helped her outside open the door for her and took her to her car and helped her get in don't know the name of the galthat did it but that's why I'm writing this review”

“I’m an awards member at Casey’s. I travel quite often within the state of Iowa. Casey’s has a real problem with employees, particularly with boys that when that truck comes in, they’re hiding in the bathroom just talking with each other. I witnessed on one time a eight-year-old boy more or less in age came out of the bathroom upset because one of the employees was taking a brake occupying one of the stalls and his mom had to come and escort him over and through the women’s room so he could use one of the stalls in there. I see this regularly I try to Use other options, especially if they’re just across the street. Mention this a couple of times, but different incidences and no one cares”

“I have not gone into this Casey's yet. I have ordered online a couple times since I have moved to Altoona. They haven't messed up my order yet. I see all these reviews from a while back it seems, complaining about them messing up everyone's order or it running late. This has not been my personal experience. Granted, Doordash is who makes the delivery, not Casey's, so any lateness on delivery could be the driver's responsibility...but again, I have not had this issue.I actually came on here to post and rave about their Kings Hawaiian Brisket Sandwich I just order and demolished half of immediately! I have been searching for a good BBQ brisket sandwich for weeks now...I have been to Smokey D's, Jethro's, etc...trying to get a familiar good tasting BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich.Who'd have thought, the best tasting brisket sandwich in the greater DSM area, would be Casey's?Thank you, I now have a go to for my taste of home (Texas)!”
“My roommate happens to be the new manager over here. I've popped over a few times now and it's looking better. They been gradually getting the place fixed up.
Maybe not well funded as Casey's or Kum & Go but it's doing a little better now.”
“Kimberlee, the overnight cashier was the friendliest person I met all night! She greeted me first thing with a big smile on her face, assisted me with everything I needed including when my shower timed out, & I will be returning to this location! Shes awesome! 10/10 Customer Service!”
