“I come up here to these guys all the time since they opened up. At first because it was convenient because I live nearby, but honestly these guys are even worth a few extra minutes drive.
Most recently I dropped off my mower because it was burning a ridiculous amount of oil after I changed the oil last fall. Turns out I overfilled it, rookie mistake. The service manager Martin took care of it for me, and when I asked for tips on how to take better care of it he was polite and encouraging. He didn’t gouge me an arm and a leg, either — and he even cleaned up my mower for me.
They sharpen my knives, too, at a very reasonable price. I’d probably buy frozen yogurt here if they sold it, honestly.

I regret that we did not personally ask his name, because his customer service was just fantastic. He greeted us when we walked in was very helpful, polite, gave us recommendations, and even called us by name after looking up our account. He is an asset to the store and we should all be so lucky to have him help us in the future.”
