“Thank goodness for Mary who salvaged our visit. She was a complete gem, helpful in answering questions, and very polite. Basically the opposite of our experience with Justin when we first arrived who made us feel like we should walk out and take our business elsewhere after blantantly leaving us standing at the counter while Mary had to pick up the pieces. He appeared bothered we were providing his store business, was rude from the first interaction, and couldn't stand to make eye contact. Even a customer (contractor) tried to step in and help provide advice since Justin didn't have the time of day for us. It was very obvious to others around us. Thank you, Mary, for saving the day and being so sweet!!!!”

“I had two nasty cans of paint I desperately needed matched. They were very helpful, but thats not the point of my review.There were 3 guys working today, with a consistent flow of customers. While I was waiting for my paint to mix, I was impressed how this group worked as a team. One was working on a large order, while my guy had brief moments of pause, he would label the buckets for the first guy, move and stack them. All of them stepped in to help each other instead of just standing waiting for the next step in their order, even if it was only for 10 seconds. They never acted rushed or overwhelmed. Super helpful to everyone, very patient, answering every question.A very well oiled machine of team players.”

“What a wonderful little local business. They have always been more than great helping out with anything I have needed. If they didn't have it and were able to order it they did. Great selection of push mowers, snow blowers, weed eaters, and other supplies. They also fill propane for like $20.”

“As a contractor, I have to purchase material almost daily and Menards usually has the cheapest prices for almost all the stuff I use, plus you receive an 11% in-store rebate which adds up very quickly. It's nice getting $250-350 every 3 or 4 weeks to use towards a project. The one major downside is the delivery service is way overpriced and they don't offer stocking drywall any longer, Lowes will deliver to any job site for $20. Weigh your options carefully.”
