Last visit, Aiden helped me in the store's closing minutes to match an obscure paint color for a restoration project where I only had a decades old recipe to help. Aiden over-delivered and got the color spot on using modern product and formulations. This all comes after another SW location told me it couldnn't be done. The Merle Hay location is where I will be taking my business and recommending others use.
The store also is carrying Level5 product now which makes me excited for the other projects coming up.”

“I needed another gallon of ‘Ready Seal’ stain and protector- color “Natural 105” to finish my deck. I ran out. I saw online that your location had several in stock. Drove there and was shown where they were in the store. Just like your website said. Saved the day for me. This is a VERY important service to have right on your website. Stores like Lowe’s NEVER have what they advertise online, and their employees always say “Yea, you can’t go by what you see on the website.” Just another reason I trust ACE Hardware.
