“Very pleased with the service and product line. Last visit, Aiden helped me in the store's closing minutes to match an obscure paint color for a restoration project where I only had a decades old recipe to help. Aiden over-delivered and got the color spot on using modern product and formulations. This all comes after another SW location told me it couldnn't be done. The Merle Hay location is where I will be taking my business and recommending others use.
The store also is carrying Level5 product now which makes me excited for the other projects coming up.”

“I stopped here 30 mins before they closed to grab one item. I expected everyone to be busy closing the store and thought I'd be rushing in and out. I asked where to locate what I needed and, instead of pointing me in the right direction or giving me an aisle number like most retail employees, the gentleman stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way to the other side of the store. He even took the time to go over what my options were and answer my questions.
In addition, the cashier was very upbeat and friendly, the supervisor who came to assist him with a missing barcode was prepared- she had the item number written down because it was apparently an item that she gets called about frequently. Even the gentleman outside on carts was pleasant and helpful. He approached me and offered to take care of my cart despite there being plenty of carts in the bay that I'm assuming he still had to get inside for the night.
I am not used to being impressed by this many retail employees in one shopping trip. I work in retail so it takes a lot to impress me.”

“I needed another gallon of ‘Ready Seal’ stain and protector- color “Natural 105” to finish my deck. I ran out. I saw online that your location had several in stock. Drove there and was shown where they were in the store. Just like your website said. Saved the day for me. This is a VERY important service to have right on your website. Stores like Lowe’s NEVER have what they advertise online, and their employees always say “Yea, you can’t go by what you see on the website.” Just another reason I trust ACE Hardware.
