“Had issue with low air pressure on a Newell motorcoach while traveling on I 80. Called Interstate Power Systems in Altoona, Iowa. Kyle said they could get to it no later than the next morning. They diagnosed as an air dryer and governor problem.. replaced both and had us road ready the next afternoon. They even road tested it to insure everything worked properly. We could not have been more grateful. Kyle and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. We highly recommend this shop for your repair whether on the road or live locally. You won't be disappointed with their honesty and professionalism.”

“Listen. Car repairs are the worst. There's no way to sugar coat that. If you have to suffer through it though, you should go to Scott's. They're incredibly patient, reasonably priced, kind (because lets be honest, car repairs are stressful), they do a top notch job of getting you back on the road as quickly as possible, they're straightforward about what needs to be done...obviously I could go on and on but I think you get the idea and I hope you take your car to them next time something has to be done.”

“I Had a great experience (09/28/23)with All pros from my first call to walking out the door with my vehicle repaired. Had new brakes and brake fluid replaced. I did not have the key to my wheels/lug nuts… I’m from out of state so they spent quite a bit of time just trying to locate a key locally with no luck. They were able to get me a new set of lug nuts and get my truck fixed before the end of the day. Very reasonable pricing. Patrick and Ryan were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this shop. “Got gas here last night and hoping to air up my wife’s tires after getting gas and the attendant(sorry you guys do have names I’m just not remembering them!)inside said sure our outdoor line is froze but you can pull around to the car wash and the other young man will air you up. I was like holy hell that’s awesome! He got me aired up and I even learned something about our vehicle! The first beep is 30lbs the second has you at 40! I’m still mesmerized!?. “Tim is an honest guy doing good work for a fair price and that's all there is to it. I brought in my 2018 Ford Escape after the dealership quoted me an insanely high price for a transmission replacement. Chuck and Larry's was able to get me in within a couple of days. I ended up needing a rebuild, which really sucked for a 5 year old car i had only bought 6 months prior. Tim was super patient answering my questions and was up front about the cost (which was a little over half what the dealership quoted me). There were some complications with the rebuild and it took longer than expected, and i felt a lot of peace of mind knowing it was getting done right. Tim found some other problems aside from the transmission issues (ugh!) and gave me good advice on how to triage. The thing I think I appreciated the most was the compassion. Coming off a horrible experience trying to get Ford to help me out, it was nice to work with someone who actually seemed to care, took pride in his work, and had a little sympathy for how much the situation sucked. I hope i never have to go through transmission problems again, but if i do i already know exactly where i'm going.”
