“Had issue with low air pressure on a Newell motorcoach while traveling on I 80. Called Interstate Power Systems in Altoona, Iowa. Kyle said they could get to it no later than the next morning. They diagnosed as an air dryer and governor problem.. replaced both and had us road ready the next afternoon. They even road tested it to insure everything worked properly. We could not have been more grateful. Kyle and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. We highly recommend this shop for your repair whether on the road or live locally. You won't be disappointed with their honesty and professionalism.”

“We had a great experience at Iowa Truck and Trailer. Had some minor repairs done on a Saturday. The repairs run a little after closing time but these guys hung in and finished it. We greatly appreciated it. Skyler Higgins was the service/parts manager he chased down parts for us and picked them up. He definitely goes above and beyond to serve the customer. “I was involved in a hit-and-run. I took my truck in to Ted’s and they had the best customer service that you could ever ask for.. They were very thorough. They kept me in the loop by texting me and giving me updates on my truck. They had it done on the date They said it would be. I went to pick it up and you cannot even tell that I had to have a new door my paint matched to the tea they detailed my truck, then took it through inspection to make sure everything was perfect. It was more than perfect. It looks like it came off of the showroom floor. This place is absolutely amazing and if I was to ever need bodywork done again, I would look nowhere other than Ted’s.
