You can tell that everyone at the shelter really cares. They sent us home with adorable drawing of the cats from a local school, a bag of toys and goodies, and really good information that was easy to access. “Whenever I go to Petco, they’re always very kind of considerate. Megan takes care of my dog, and my dog loves to go out there because she loves Megan and she usually gets a bath and then she gets her nails cut and trimmed and the veterinarians up there are very nice and kind and polite and very helpful. Everybody is at that store. I recommend going to the Ames Petco store.”
“Dr. Ricklefs is a consummate professional and caring veterinarian with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We bring all our Maine Coons there, most recently 7-month 13.5-pound Thor. He has two sisters, Siggy and Freya, patients of All Pets since birth. Thor's doing marvelously well after neutering and already is hungry, bringing me a midnight snack (stole from cupboard). He was so appreciative he bought Dr. Ricklefs a cake!”
“Very clean store and helpful employees. The fish selection was great and the tanks were all clean and healthy fish. Ive been to another big pet store and the fish were all floating upside down and tanks were filthy so this was nice to see.”

“The staff at Treats on a Leash are always welcoming, knowledgeable & helpful. My cat has a chicken allergy & they helped me order special food for her. My dog also loved their Easter basket bag — the toys & treats! I love shopping local at this pet store. 10/10 I highly recommend.”
