About Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites
Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites is a clean and well-maintained hotel that offers comfortable accommodations and helpful staff. Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, noting that rooms, the reception area, and the pool are kept very tidy, with no bugs reported. The hotel features a clean pool and hot tub, although one guest noted that the hot tub had been broken for several months, which was disappointing. The breakfast is generally hot and gets guests started for the day, though there have been occasional shortages of items like yogurt, bananas, milk, and waffle mix. The lobby is nicely decorated and has an amazing coffee machine, and the staff is described as helpful and attentive, with one staff member receiving special praise for going above and beyond to retrieve a guest’s lost item. The location is convenient, close to the university campus and a veterinary hospital, making it suitable for visitors with pets. Some guests mention minor drawbacks, such as a weird room smell or noisy lawn mowing early in the morning, which affected their stay. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking a clean, friendly, and well-located place to stay, despite a few minor issues with amenities and breakfast supplies.

We were on our way to Minnesota. This hotel was very nice and clean and the service was friendly. We got one of the remodelled rooms upstairs and it was nice. Good breakfast, too. 👍
