The staff is described as amazing, helpful, very understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the reservation process, making the entire experience a joy. The facility provides useful amenities like a trolly and big elevators. Customers appreciate the easy online setup and find the prices very reasonable. The company is well-liked overall. However, one customer reported a negative interaction regarding the cancellation process. In this instance, a staff member seemed put out by the question and provided unclear instructions, leading to a confusing voicemail about charges before the issue was resolved. This experience caused significant annoyance, though the customer still plans to return while avoiding customer service. The storage units themselves remain highly recommended.
Dan helped me get a unit when I really needed it due to lease overlap. Wonderfully empathetic to my situation and able to help me through a rough spot. I am genuinely appreciative for what he did for me.

The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very patient very helpful I would refer anyone to the gentleman for any storage needs and give him a raise
