The hotel provides excellent amenities. There is a great breakfast spread, a standard buffet with delicious options, and a nice lobby restaurant and bar for dinner. The gym has new, high-quality equipment, and there is a pool and spa. Complimentary coffee is available, and parking is convenient with lots of spaces and front door parking for Diamond Members. Its location offers easy access to main roads, with a convenience store and other shops within walking distance.
It is a great place for both business and leisure, highly recommended for corporate events, family stays, or ISU events. The meeting spaces and catering are excellent, and the venue is praised for its flexibility and professionalism. The lobby is spacious with a nice social atmosphere. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience that exceeds expectations.
Overall the hotel is very nice. Darla made our stay wonderful. She helped us with everything we needed, provided us with quality service, she was professional, courteous, and kind. Thank you Darla for making our stay enjoyable.

The highlight was definitely the restaurant and bar. Michelle and Mason were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and provided some of the best customer service I've had in a hotel. The food was excellent, too. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Ames!
