“I received the BEST most INCREDIBLE customer service from everyone in the store today. It’s been YEARS since I have received service like that. I was desperately in search of jeans that fit. Low rise in particular. I went from sobbing in the dressing room to happy tears in my way out with 2 pairs that fit! (They found me a cute shirt even too!) I wish I could give every single person who helped me a big huge hug! They can’t possibly know how wonderful they made me feel. They kept reassuring me it would be okay and they would find something, and they did. Thanks guys. Seriously ? they deserve a raise or at least a pizza party… Will definitely be returning soon!”

“Salesman was so helpful measuring my feet then trying on different shoes and watching my gait to see if the shoes were the right fit for my feet and knees. He also offered for me to try special inserts to help lesson the feel of the arch support in one of the shoes. Great experience.”
Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
