“I would recommend going to shoe carnival always. I've never had any bad luck there. I do buy almost every one of my shoes there. They did not have the particular shoe my granddaughter wanted in her size so they called other stores until they located which store had that shoe and we were able to pick it up that day in the Ames location. So I'm very happy with the customer service on both stores Ankeny and Ames.”

His customer service was excellent, he knew what shoes would work for her and he took the time to make sure she got what she needed. You won’t get that kind of attention at Shoe Carnival. AMAZING.”

“I received the BEST most INCREDIBLE customer service from everyone in the store today. It’s been YEARS since I have received service like that.
I was desperately in search of jeans that fit. Low rise in particular. I went from sobbing in the dressing room to happy tears in my way out with 2 pairs that fit! (They found me a cute shirt even too!)
I wish I could give every single person who helped me a big huge hug! They can’t possibly know how wonderful they made me feel. They kept reassuring me it would be okay and they would find something, and they did. Thanks guys. Seriously ? they deserve a raise or at least a pizza party…
