The Staples store offers helpful and friendly staff, with employees who go above and beyond to provide great customer service, especially in the copy and shipping area. Shoppers can find nice items like home office furniture for good prices. However, the store often has issues with clearly marked prices on items and can lack associates on the sales floor. The aisles are sometimes messy with items strewn about, and the bathroom facilities appear unclean.
The Ames store seems to always have issues with having prices clearly marked on their items. They could benefit from a program where you could look up the price from the bar code using an app on your phone

Employees were friendly, but there were bits of paper and items strewn about in many aisles. Bathroom had a huge jug of Dawn dish soap for the hand soap and looked untouched by any cleaning products for a long while.
