“I was pleasantly surprised when I brought in my year old computer that I had purchased in another state, to the Ames Staples. They seemed short-handed at first, but I quickly saw that they worked as a team. With Amazon taking a lot of their time, it didn't seem like the old Staples I knew, but they quickly found Niko, the computer tech person who quickly handled my concern with respect and humor and began to work on fixing the connection problem. Later that afternoon, after much work and expertise, Niko called to tell me he had fixed it. It was far better than I expected on short notice and I am grateful. Niko is a gem and should be given responsibility and compensation. His professionalism was excellent, his customer service was exceptional, and he was careful not to overpromise. By afternoon, my computer was fixed. Niko saved my day! I'll be back. I'm so glad I bought my last 2 computers and printers at Staples.”
