Even though I showed up with 5 minutes before they closed, their customer service was great. I kinda expected to get some complaint about the time and closing but they did not do that. “Charlie, who leads the weekday morning shift, saved my life. I stopped in to pick up a package, and it was leaking white powder everywhere. Charle caught it, and went to work, snorting up that powder until there was none left.Afterwards, he very helpfully informed me that the suspicious white powder had been anthrax. I'm so lucky that Charlie had the training to deal with it appropriately. That other idiot, Ethan, probably would have just given me that highly dangerous package.Thanks, UPS!”
