“A group of us went to go see a movie on friday and a loud rowdy group of middle schoolers were on their phones, throwing stuff, and were being overall disrespectful. i went and talked to staff and they were quick to respond, unfortunately, they did not stop and ended up turning on flashlights towards our group. when i alerted staff again, they took action. i greatly appreciated the staff and the time they took to insure we still had a great experience! we greatly appreciated everything they did!”
“I stayed for one night when I came to town for my son's band concert. I chose this hotel because of the price point and decent reviews and was so please with the spacious rooms and will definitely make this my new go to hotel when I come to Ames Iowa. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.”

“My friend and I have Autism and with that brings a special interest in elevators of any kind. When we arrived to check out the elevator in the Octagon space, the studios upstairs had closed for the day, but the staff couldn't have been more supportive of our hobby. They welcomed us to videotape their very unique elevator and were super interested in our hobby. This place has friendly people all around and for that reason I recommend supporting them.”
