“I like this store dont get me wrong. Just hard to figure out special bushings or any deeper car problems besides the basic oil change ,radiator fluids, window washing fluid,filters and alot of electrical bulbs. If ur tearing your axel apart or puting body mounts on especially with dodge it seems like systems dont carry the parts. Try to figure out ur own part number in there system though. Cause the factory one has never matched for me.”

“Austin (sales) was wonderful. He took great care of us during the entire buying process. We had a few things that needed fixed and also had rims put on. Austin made sure to keep us updated during the entire process and guaranteed I was happy with results. When I am at the dealership to get work done he stops by to say hello. After purchasing our vehicle we had the battery go bad and a wire was faulty in the drivers seat causing the check safety restraint alarm to trigger. I was worried and upset because we had just purchased the vehicle. We had an upcoming vacation we were taking the vehicle on and the issues really worried me. They stood by the sale and provided the repairs at no cost to us. Any other dealership I have worked with would have told me tough luck, and it all would have had to come out of our pocket. I was so appreciative they stood by the sale and repaired the vehicle for our family. They have a lifelong customer. Although it wasn’t ideal having the issues, the fact they repaired them and stood by their sale earned my respect and loyalty.”

“I had purchased a new master cylinder for my motorhome and it was working great for 3 weeks. Then I started having a problem with the rubber seal on the cap and needed to be replaced. There were none available or even listed for sale so they took the seal and cap off of a new master cylinder exchanged my bad seal for a new one. They even gave me the new cap just in case that was the cause of the problem I was having. I was expecting more of a headache but just received great service. Thanks.”

“I've been here for parts a few times over the last few years and my experience has been great. My last visit was for a wiper blade. It did not universally fit the way the package stated it would. The tech behind the counter was willing to come help me and it was a bit more difficult for my vehicle but he was able to get it installed. It's one of the new Trico ceramic wipers and it works flawlessly. I will 100% need help for the rest of my wiper blade replacements i think but these wiper blades are well worth it.”

“Today my truck is a mess from the cold. I did same delivery as I am not from Iowa and don’t have people to call on for help. My orders were delivered but I was missing the battery. The driver Melissa said it was AZ fault but she refused to go back. After calling back they found it was in the shelf and they sent the commercial truck to deliver us the battery. Shout out to Brian and the team getting to us quickly and fixing up bringgs mess up.”

“I came in for an inspection on my tie rod and they said I needed a new one but didn’t have the part of on hand and told me to come back tomorrow once they get one in. I came back and they didn’t have the part and Frank had one of his team members go out to a different auto shop so they could get it done that same day. There was a little mix up in getting the part but nonetheless, Frank and the team worked diligently to get it there. Frank was the absolute best and asked if there was anything else I needed done while I was there so I got new wiper blades installed and new cabin and air filters installed. Frank worked tirelessly to make sure I was all set to go and was very apologetic that the part wasn’t there when I got there and I had to stay a little while longer than I was supposed to (2.5 hours compared to 1 or less). Frank earned my service for a very long time and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. Frank didn’t overcharge on anything and cut me some deals because of the time I spent there.
