“My only complaint is I notice the same employee in an orange jeep parks right outside the doors every day. Where I come from employees are supposed to park as far away from customer entrances as possible.”
“Had a great experience on 2/20 at 7:30PM with the team leader Marissa. We were looking for a certain type of bread and it was not stocked on the shelves. On a day that they were obviously short staffed, she took the time to assist us. She dug through the back of the store and the freezer to find the specific bread we wanted. She didn't have to do that and probably had 1000 other things to do that night but she went over and above. I definitely appreciate her efforts!”
“Took my wife in to get clothes for work and a work trip. The store was clean and we were greeted when came in the door. The sales associates went above and beyond assisting my wife with choices & sizing to fit her. How refreshing to find a store with true customer service. We will be back. To me it was like the scene in Pretty Woman were they spend the insane amount of money.”
“I feel like everyone is so kind and helpful. A little frustrated that you guys were showing open online though when you were actually closed. I would have tried to move things around earlier in the day and make it work. Now I have to wait until I get back from a trip. “This fleet farm is understaffed it seems which isn't terrible for the customer experience. They usually have most things in stock but if you're looking for M855 Green tip 5.56 ammo you will never find it in stock here which I don't really think is their fault it's just high demand. I do enjoy the great bargains you can sometimes find in clearance here though.”

“I had a good expeirence at Kohls in Ankeny this week. The store was very busy and the check out lane was long. Two different
sales people helped me find what I was looking for. The check out lady spent extra time with me to save me money.”
