“Kwik Star has such a great vibe, like when you're on a road trip and see that large store in a small town that reminds you of an oasis in the desert. They have really good prices on stuff (some even beat grocery store prices) and they cook up a great selection of foods for their food bar. Staff has always been friendly and helpful too. Love this place!”

“I came to caseys to pick up a door dash order. Donavan let me know the order wasn't ready (I was very early) he was very professional and polite. I told him I would come back in to pick up the pizza - he personally brought it to me when it was done. He should be a manager. He was calm and organized. He amazing.”
“Great job on the pizza. I asked for EXTRA cheese and this location is the ONLY location the does! I pay 2$ for extra cheese so why not honor that? This location does! I love this location; they make the BEST pizza also never burned! The cashier didn’t seem so friendly but he was the ONLY worker there so he’s probably just stressed. Highly recommending only this location for your great pizza! Thanks again for not burning my pizza and actually giving extra cheese! Y’all are the best Casey’s!!!”
“Why don’t they advertise their E88 prices? They’re the cheapest in the Polk County area. - $0.11 off a gallon with fuel saver card. No signing up. Have to pay in advance. Good thing is, if you pay for $25 (for example) & only use $20, your card will only get charged $20. Bathrooms are clean.”
“One of the best gas stations around. I frequent this establishment 3-5 days a week to get my daily fill of freshly cooked breakfast on the go and some caffeine. The staff is always super friendly all of their breakfast items are delicious and would give any casual sit down breakfast place a run for their money.
I am however saddened that the cappuccino machine is often forgotten about maybe they ran out the week I was feeling it, but either way it was empty. They normally are not very busy around 5-6am and it is perfect for a quick stop. Usually occupy the building for less than 3 minutes!”

“My wife’s friend, a single mother, power steering broke. She went to a shop in Ankeny. They diagnosed the problem for
$154. They quoted $1650 to fix it parts and labor.
We called Tim’s mechanic. He said bring it in and quoted about $650 to do the repairs, plus parts cost.
Tim’s mechanic found that the only problem was a bad high pressure hose and the repair ended costing about $425 parts and labor.
Tim’s BP is an honest broker. The only shop I will ever use and recommend. That mother needs every penny these days.
We are very grateful.”
“Casey's at 36th and Irvinedale Dr. is pretty much our go to convenience store. On this occasion, we ordered a medium Taco Pizza online, and were told it would be done in 20 min. (note... On busy weekends during FB season, we've waited 45 min, so plan accordingly.) I got there a few minutes early and the lady said my pizza would be out of the oven in a cpl minutes. While I was waiting, I took note of the coffee station, as I often stop at this very same place for morning coffee. The place was SPOTLESS as usual (pics). Now for the pizza. We're usually deep dish pizza people, but for Taco Pizza, Casey's nails it with a thinner doughy crust. We love it. Hope too that management reads this and takes note that a customer appreciated the cleanliness of the store!”

“My family has always loved Casey’s but this past weekend they went above and beyond! My son wanted Casey’s breakfast pizza for his grad party so I placed an order for 24 pizzas to be delivered at staggering times. The manager explained they go thru DoorDash so the time would be close but no guaranteed. The next day, my husband went into pay and the manager said she could tell I was nervous so she made arrangements for her own team to personally deliver all to my house on time!
I was amazed at that service! They got all deliveries out on time, hot and delicious, and even let us keep the warming bags thru the party!
You do not see this level of service anymore and I am forever grateful to them for easing my mind and making the party food perfect! Thank you Casey’s on First St!”

“Kum & Go is a good, clean gas station with pleasant employees who provide excellent customer service. I'm a rewards club member, so I occasionally get a complimentary soda or a few cents per gallon off my bill. I'll take whatever I can get. This is the closest location near my house that offers E-85 gasoline - why I stopped here this morning. I appreciate Kum & Go for providing this option. Thank you, Kum & Go!”

“Never thought I'd run into the day where I'd have to leave a review on yelp for such an amazing place like this one, but the day has came. Today is that day, I was out the door thinking "today would be a great day for a Casey's breakfast burrito." As I go about my morning daily tasks all I could think about was holding the warm, tin foiled wrapped, breakfast burrito in my bare hands and unwrapping it to a full breakfast filled wrapped tortilla! On my way to work I walk towards the shop with the aroma of gas and cigarettes filling into my nostrils. I open the door and greet the young man behind the cash register with a large smile on my face to only be notified by an empty warmer basket. That's right no breakfast burritos. I was filled with emotion of disappointment, I couldn't even make eye contact with that young man again. This traumatizing moment for me really ruined my experience and now I have a lot of distrust with gas stations. Please Casey's the only way I'll ever be able to recover is if I get a lifetime supply of breakfast burritos. Thank you”

“I will say this, the location is on the spot. I went here about 2 times both to get donuts and drinks, the donuts here do taste good nonetheless. While the French Vanilla cappuccino I had this morning was good, no hate, but it's a bit too foamy, otherwise it's wasn't too bad.”
“Super convenient location at the intersection of 18th and Ankeny boulevard. The store and grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly! They do have a few RedBox's out front which is super convenient. This is one of the few stations that offers E85 fuel which is nice if your vehicle uses the Flex Fuel! Prices are competitive with other area gas stations.”
