“I'm not sure why there are so many ultra-negative reviews. Yes, drive-thru lines can take awhile, but I know to avoid certain times of day (after-school, etc.). I have found the employees inside of the store to be fairly quick to help customers, and the automatic renewal system helps a lot. They are always good with answering questions, or getting someone who does know. With my particular insurance, they're also the second cheapest in town (and quite a bit more convenient to me than the other choice). I've always gotten the correct medication, and if a refill Rx is needed, they call doctor's office first to see if it can happen automatically. Compared to the Walgreen's store I used to go to, it is much better. (And, if I DO have to wait for anything, I can get a few groceries and check back; I hardly ever need anything else at a drugstore to keep me busy while I wait.) I've also been pleased with their vaccination services. If I need to call them, I've never waited longer than 4-5 minutes for help. Inside the store, I've seen many more customers be the slowdown problem, not the pharmacy employees. Yes, there is an occasional issue, but that's true at every pharmacy I've gone to.”

“Came in needing to clean up a mess very late into the night. Every other place was closed but this was our saving grace. Employees worked as a team to find the correct cleaning supplies we needed and made us feel very welcome there. Has a huge selection of items compared to other Walgreens. Plus even though it was not my ID, I still want to recognize a team member was making an active effort to return misplaced items to customers. Checking to see if we matched the card.”
