“You have some pretty outstanding employees. On Sunday I was traveling home, stopped there to get gas, & my car wouldn’t start after. Not knowing anyone in the area, I went inside and the cashier gave me a name to call, she said if no answer come back in and she would help me figure something out. Got back out to my vehicle and an employee (name: Lena) stopped and said she would get her husband and be right back. They came back he jump started my car, & we were good to go. I offered him a little something for his trouble, but in true small town Iowa fashion, he politely declined. This Casey’s has always been our midway stop, because everyone is always so nice there,but this was way above and beyond. Thank you Lena & nice lady inside Sunday morning didn’t get her name.Bless you both!!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
