“Everyone in the store, the shop, and the dock was very helpful. We had a lot of fun with the boat and tubing and all that. However, as amateurs, we actually damaged the boat. Blake - maybe the manager - was very understanding and helpful. They towed us in and kept costs down for us. Yes we had to pay, but that's expected. I have to highly recommend this company. I find the service to be exceptional even when we damaged their boat.”

“Smaller gas station, but has a great selection of food and quick snacks. Employees here are older women, but they do very well at their job and are very polite to all customers! Would recommend coming here if you are looking for cheaper prices, or a quick snack.”

“Used to stop here all the time to top off our coolers before heading back out on the boat. Service was always cheerful, no matter the time of day or level of business. For a small gas station, they keep a good selection of merchandise at fair prices. This location was also recently renovated and is clean and well maintained. Fuel prices here are right on point with others in the area most of the time.”

“They have redone this gas station and it looks amazing! I used to go here all the time for my cigarettes because they have the state minimum for tax on tobacco, but the building was small and run down and just plain creepy...but they tore that down and put up an almost strip mall for it. It's so spacious and clean in there now!”

“This Kum&Go is still my go-to place to buy newspapers (usually the Register and Estherville News) and pick-up the freebees (e.g., Lakes News Shopper). We don't use the Red Box DVD service so much now that the TV at the Lake has Roku service. Past that, I may forage for a breakfast item occasionally for fill up the car on the way out of town. My only caution is that the position of this station on the Highway 9 curve makes pulling into the "east" side to be a little more challenging wrt other cars coming in other directions.”
“As pizza goes from Casey's General Stores, they have the best made pizzas around. Had a few experiences with rude staff over the years but those faces haven't stuck around, so that is a good thing.”
“One of the newer, more spacious Casey’s locations with plenty of parking lot space which helps when you’re towing a boat. Typically stop in here for morning coffee or afternoon snacks while on the go working and it gets the job done. Employees are not generally friendly, talkative, or helpful in my experience however, so as long as you’re the type to get in and out this convenience store will do the trick!”
“Messed up on my pizza. Half of it was supposed to be light jalepeños and it turned out to be 5/8 slices had them. Overall great service. They told me 40 minutes and it came within 25. The delivery guy (Gavin)was awesome and very respectful.”
