“I dealt with Lilly for my 91 year old father in law. He had an old Windows 8 computer that was dying. I live in California and often need to help him with issues related to his computer and online banking etc...I bought him a refurbished Dell tower with Windows 10 installed and called Bit-Tech to make a house call and install it. Lilly was super! All I needed was the computer connected to his existing peripherals, set up a local user account, and install my remote access s/w.I have to be honest, before I called Bit-Tech I was dreading this process but Lilly was exactly what I needed. They had me bring my laptop back to them and went out of their way to provide amazing customer service in order to correct Apple's mistake. I now have a fully functioning laptop and they were also wonderful to accommodate me as I had to drive a distance in order to drop off and pick up my laptop each time.
