“Sam, the GM- this girl knows her shit. She's is direct and honest, with a side of compassion. Most pawn shops have acquired a somewhat negative rap, due to the nature of the game. Myself, being a frequent 'pawner', I am experienced- through many cities, many pawn shops with many distinctive 'auras' if you will, about them.. This one happens to be close to my house- Sam has treated me like family along with her staff. I would recommend stopping here before all others. Have fun people!
Side note, Sam and her people have actually gone above and BEYOND for me.. Without going into too much detail, I found myself once on the other side of this game, finding my own property within the store, this girl and her staff were locked stock and loaded with the information I needed to get my shit back.. Alas, I was successful, due to this incredible staff, in getting my stuff back!! They deserve to be commended. As there's zero way that this type of customer service is listed as required in the job description.. therefore, I think they Rock the freaking house. thank you guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I was waiting for my fiancée to finish up shopping and standing in line for long periods of time is very difficult for me as im handicapped so I noticed the store had a folding chair propped up against the wall and I asked the associate if she minded if I sat down for a second while I waited for my fiancée and she very politely and friendly said ABSOLUTELY!
