“Yesterday I came to get a quick oil change after picking up my son from school. I had a wonderful experience. TTJ and Tommy hooked me up - in and out in 30mins! They were kind and gave me honest feedback about my air filter not needing changed yet. And gave me a few things that I might need done on my Toyota when I didn’t have my son. Just overall a very great experience bec of their honesty snd overall demeanor! Thank you!!”

“I stopped in between jobs yesterday for an oil change and just happened to pull in right after somebody else. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get to my second job on time and then without asking Tim opened the other bay for me so I wouldn't have to wait. Dustin was very friendly and asking about coupons and informing me about prices before they started. They both worked really well together, topping off my fluids and filling my tires. I was in and out super fast and was extremely happy with my service. I appreciated they did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff or tell me I need things that I did not. I will most definitely be back and tell everyone else to go there as well.”
“I just want to say that Hughe’s tire in Milan is amazing. Took a tire in and they were able to rebuild the tpms valve stem area due to a slow leak. After getting the tire back it was still losing air. Took it back into them and they discovered a nail that they missed causing leaking as well. They told me they missed it and repaired it for free because they missed it the first time. One of the most stand up and professional tire shops I have ever seen. I will take all my vehicles there from now on! They were great!!”

“My grandparents have been taking their cars to lindells for 30+ years, so when i needed my buick fixed i made the appt. I took my car in to get the air fixed and an oil change. When I got it back the car felt kind of off. I called lindells on the weekend and they called me right back and got me back in right away!! After they fixed some other issues, I had my car for about a week and then more problems started happening!! Its very frustrating and overwhelming when things go wrong with the car after I just had it fixed. Jake was understanding and asked me to come in so we can look at the car together. When he was diagnosing it he was thorough and explained what was working and what was not, showed me that my engine was fine which was very reassuring, and we were able to figure out what the main issue was. All stemmed from a faulty compressor for the air! He was able to get me in right away again and fix it. Jake was wonderful and compassionate to my issues and made sure to get to the bottom of the issue. Thank you so much Lindells!”

“Was recommended to Bi-State for exhaust work that could not be done by my usual auto techs. Jeff gave me the diagnosis and a few different options on how to proceed and walked through the steps they would take. The workmanship by the guys in the shop is top notch and Jeff pointed out some other potential issues to keep an eye on down the road. The prices we in-line with what some of my auto tech friends from out of the area said to expect. If you are looking for a new auto shop, they should be high on your list of places to check in with.”

“Got an oil change done. The store is woefully understaffed with what appears to be no opportunity to fully staff. The store from corporate however, Travis and Mike work their tail off to make sure customer needs our met and offer phenomenal employees, but due to understaffing of the store cannot possibly meet the needs of customers due to being overworked. Cannot give five stars due to under staffing issues however will follow Mike and Travis no matter where they go in their career.”
