As a server, I’m in and out of the bank regularly to deposit tips, and this young woman, who worked on Saturday morning, 3/29/25, always brightens my day! “I have personally banked with GICU for over 20 years. The staff are always friendly and supportive. I have had personal and mortgage loans through them, debit and credit cards, vehicle loans, and they always have competitive rates. Whenever issues have risen, they promptly correct them. I really like the mobile app showing you your pending charges immediately online. Other banks take days to post them. It just makes it easier to track my finances for me. Will remain a loyal customer to this credit union.”

“I have been locked out of my account 2xs in 3 weeks once over Veterans 4 day holiday (Really?!). Mt daughter is a Vet and doesn't get 4 days off! I was not notified either tome and ALWAYS on the weekend. 1st time cost me 100s of dollars and moving!! This time can't buy food, register for class due by today. Cant speak to a English speaking human in America, and they are robotic in their answers and refuse to give branch number. I am livid and done!!! I am disabled and can't just hop in car and go to office to fix it”
