“I came in here today to exchange a $20 bill, as it was really damaged. I've never had to do this before, but had heard banks can accept damaged bills and replace them. It took a bit, as the bill was so badly damaged. They then send it in to have it verified that it's a real bill or not. Friendly staff. Lot parking. “An absolutely superb bank, with stellar service! I went in to open an account with them. Since I am currently in the middle of the immigration process, i don't have a social security number, making my situation a little unconventional. However, the personal banker assigned to me when I went in bent over backwards to accommodate me, and made the entire process as smooth as it could be. I never have to wait for more than a few minutes to see a personal banker, and almost never have to wait to see a teller. The tellers are always courteous and friendly, and i have never had an issue with anything associated with my account. They are quick, efficient, and friendly, and certainly the best bank i have dealt with in a long time.”

“Best bank I have ever had! They have been so helpful during our time here (recently moved in from out of town). They were very patient and informative when walking us through getting our first mortgage. They even reached out when we hadn’t out of ignorance. This helped us lock in a lower interest rate as they were set to go up within days. To me that says a lot about their integrity and care for their customers. The blame could have easily fallen on us and the bank clearly stands to benefit from us paying a higher interest rate. “I have been locked out of my account 2xs in 3 weeks once over Veterans 4 day holiday (Really?!). Mt daughter is a Vet and doesn't get 4 days off!
