“The facility is clean and very well managed. They have thought of everything when designing this building. I especially like the fact that you can drive in an unload your moving truck. The people there are very friendly and make you feel at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is needing to store their items. You can rest easy knowing that they care as much for your items being stored as you do.”

They made check in and check out fast, easy and without a ton of bureaucracy. The fact that they have someone staff the office regularly makes a huge difference as well.”

“Can't say enough good things about AAA Storage-Ankeny and especially about working with "Allie", who we met for the first time last week. Wish i could give them a "5-Star Plus" rating. We were very apprehensive about where to place our belongings in storage, but now feel so relieved with our choice. Allie took such very good care of us, explaining their facility, cost structure, and politely answering every single question we had (and there were many questions). I can honestly say she is one of the absolute best I've ever encountered, from a sales/customer service standpoint, and it was a pleasure working with her. She was polite, professional, thorough, courteous, and simply a pleasure to be around and work with. AAA Storage had better hold onto Allie and if they don't, I'd certainly put in a good word for her at our company (completely different industry, but she would be an asset anywhere she works)! “The most affordable storage in town! You can pay on a monthly basis. I would call a month or two before you need to rent one, as they are generally always close to full capacity. It's located on Euclid Ave. behind the pet store across from the old eastgate mall. I have used this business at least eight times in the last several years. The units are clean and well kept, with twenty four hour access. I would be careful about storing any highly valuable items here, but that's the same for any storage rental business. Some units are higher security than others, being behind locked fence areas. They have several cameras and many different sized units. They also offer storage for RV's and boats. The owners and staff are professional and friendly. They sell good locks and any other accessories you may require. I highly recommend using this storage for all your needs.”
