“Well I have been with this storage unit over a year now and they are amazing people. They did just get bought out by another company so hopefully they keep John working there. He's a great guy. He will work with you if you need help, and will help out if he can. It's a nice secured place. Only thing I don't really like is that they lock the gates completely at 930pm and you can't get in until 7am the next morning. I wish you could, since your paying, go in and out all night if you needed to.”

“The most affordable storage in town! You can pay on a monthly basis. I would call a month or two before you need to rent one, as they are generally always close to full capacity. It's located on Euclid Ave. behind the pet store across from the old eastgate mall. I have used this business at least eight times in the last several years. The units are clean and well kept, with twenty four hour access. I would be careful about storing any highly valuable items here, but that's the same for any storage rental business. Some units are higher security than others, being behind locked fence areas. They have several cameras and many different sized units. They also offer storage for RV's and boats. The owners and staff are professional and friendly. They sell good locks and any other accessories you may require. I highly recommend using this storage for all your needs.”

“I needed a storage unit to get items out of my home so we could list it - looks better with less clutter. I went online and settled on this one because elsewhere (not Yelp), it had generally good ratings. I ordered online and was granted instant access. The next day, I drove up to the storage site and tried using the code they gave me - didn't work. I called in and got voicemail so I just let them know what was going on. They immediately called me back and gave me a code to get in. The unit itself was very well kept. We ended up needing a second unit and so I ordered another. It set up 2 different accounts so I reached out and they quickly combined the 2. The second unit, the door is a little wonky but I let them know. The biggest takeaway is I have had nothing but stellar customer service from them, very responsive. And the contract clearly states the 30-day notice in writing to vacate the unit. They even give you a way of providing that 'in writing' via their website. So really, if you read the contract and follow directions, this was an awesome company to do business with. Would recommend!”
