“The young man working on Monday August 17th, has always been very helpful and friendly! I have been a manager for years and I will say you have an employee that can handle difficult situations real well. I witnessed an irate person that was not understanding that he was the only person working and that he had to step away and did not know that had a certain time they were showing up. He was respectful and explained the situation. No matter what he said, this person was not happy. He killed them with kindness and after he was done with them he then turned around and took care of us as nothing was wrong. Excellent customer service!! Kiddos young man!”
