“I couldn’t find a place to leave this review for Wells Fargo customer service so I’m leaving it on this banks site and hopefully it gets to the lady who helped me on the phone. I ordered DoorDash and they were giving me a really hard time getting a refund so I just called bank customer service instead to request a refund.
Robin in customer service was AWESOME. So bubbly and upbeat on the phone which curbed my bad mood from dealing with terrible customer service reps. She was relatable, and quick to help resolve the issue. Not to mention she apologized I was left hungry with the wrong food even though it’s clearly not her fault. She was more apologetic than the DoorDash reps I was arguing with on the phone. One of the best reps ever I hope she gets a raise and all of the good things in life go to her.”
